We found surplus Wrangler denim during our sourcing adventures so I created this mask – as American as Betty Page and warm apple pie, this sustainable style features surplus Wrangler blue denim and a rust-red gingham lining with built in filter offering 4 layers of protection. The absence of a pocket makes this mask SUPER comfortable and cooling to wear without sacrificing the protection. As with all our masks, this one features our signature Grace X double stitches and ear saving lanyard neck ties with toggle clasps in double or single lanyard styles.
About the Construction
Built with form AND function in mind, we make our masks with the utmost quality, from my fabric choices to the quality of the stitching. I created a specially molded design that fits the face allowing for better airflow and more breathe-ability for the wearer. I included a mask wire pocket in the design for easy replacement (All aluminum wire break after about 40 bends) with 3 extra nose wires and a filter pocket with a matching Shibori hand-dyed 4 layer filter. This mask is the ultimate in mask safety, comfort and style. As a cancer survivor, I am glad to say I feel secure wearing this mask into the local supermarket. 🙂
